Latifa Ahmady, director of OPAWC, visited Hamoon Health Center located in Farah Province in March 2011. This clinic is open to all visitor and patients mostly women and children coming from far districts and around the city. She holds a meeting with the personal and guides them how to work, how to solve their problems, she admired their volunteer working. Engineer Aminallah the Administrator Director told the obstacles and difficulties they are facing, they requested the extension of the clinic as they feel the need in such area.

Latifa did interview with some patients, they were happy and asked for more services as well as to increase the registered numbers being distributed daily. The patient said:" We are satisfied with this clinic, and prefer this clinic to others because the doctor behaves well with us, they give us medicine for free and other clinic charge us a lot of money for and medicine is too expensive, we can not buy our medicine, we request you to help your poor and forlorn sisters, we are really in need of you, thank you for your great job"

Latifa had a meeting with Rohullah Amin Governor of Farah Province and also Marcha Michel Program Officer PRT Farah, she discussed the problems facing by the personal of Homoon Health Center and asked for their supports. They appreciated OPAWC work specially for running such a good clinic without charging the patients and promised to support OPAWC in field they could.
